Sierra is owner and founder of Prism Beauty & Wellness Co. She has been a licensed Esthetician since 2016 graduating from Metro Beauty Academy in Allentown, PA. She traveled around the US obtaining multiple lash training certificates in Classic, Volume, and Mega Volume with years of experience full-time lashing. Prior to lashing, Sierra has had a diverse, artistic, beauty background working as a special effects makeup artist, freelance bridal MUA, and makeup artist at Sephora. Sierra most recently worked for a large local salon/medical spa chain as their bridal makeup artist, lash artist, and eyelash extension educator. She is a lash master and always works to be the best in her craft! Sierra offers volume and mega volume lashes, brow services, and limited facials. She adores her long time clients, and can't wait to meet and connect with new faces!

 

Following a dream for a modern, moody, and magical spa with an expert team (and just straight up wonderful humans), she opened Prism in 2020. 

Sierra is no longer taking new classic or hybrid clients to keep her limited schedule open for her passion: wispy designs, mega volume, and facials!

After receiving a fine arts degree from Lock Haven University, Rachel continued her creative education by enrolling in Lancaster School of Cosmetology. There, she received her Esthetics license in 2014, and Nail Technician + Cosmetology license in 2016. With the experience Rachel gained through hair, skin, and nails, and working in various salons/spas, she has found her passion in lashes, brows, and makeup. Rachel is certified in Classic + Volume + Mega volume lash extensions. She also offers customized facials, body waxing, brow design, and bridal/special occasion makeup.

 

Rachel loves to help make her clients feel their best selves and is so excited to be a part of Prism's team! Rachel combines her nurturing and creative sides to best treat the client's concerns.

Casey earned her license in Esthetics after graduating from Metro Beauty Academy in 2018. She began her career at a local medical spa working with a variety of skincare brands and treatment modalities; including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, and laser technologies. She is always looking to further her education and has earned additional certificates over the years such as Hydrafacial, Cutera and Cynosure lasers, Collagen Pin microneedling, and eyelash extensions.

Casey's approach for every facial service is to enlighten her client with an understanding of their skin and create a customized treatment plan utilizing holistic and scientific therapies. On a personal level, her goal is to lift confidence and melt away the stress in her clients.
Casey's other specialty has quickly become lash extensions. She has a passion for education and perfection. The result of this dedication flows into every service she offers!

Lexie started out her journey in the beauty industry as a front desk coordinator while attending school for esthetics at the Salon Professional Academy. Lexie received her esthetics license in 2019 and soon after, took a lash extension course. She worked at a local salon and spa for 2 years receiving further training and certifications in dermaplaning, hydrafacial, spray tan, lash extensions and extensive product knowledge. Lexie is certified in classic, volume and mega volume lash extensions with a specialty in fuller sets.  Lexie's favorite part of her job is the connection she builds with her clients and helping them feel confident and beautiful.

 

FAVORITE HOBBIES: Buying too many houseplants, cuddling her cats, going thrifting, and hitting the gym

Kyra graduated from Metro Beauty Academy in 2022 with an absolute love for esthetics. She currently works for a mobile spray tan company (LV Glow) and joined our team recently to offer lash, brow, and skin services!

She is a perfectionist and an artist...seriously her brow skills are wild. 

Kyra loves giving relaxing facials and learning everything she can with new treatments to help you with your skin goals.

 Massage has always been Amanda’s passion. She obsessively works on continuing her education and soaking in all the knowledge her can! Amanda graduated from Berks Technical Institute in 2018, and since then has worked to receive multiple certificates in many techniques such as prenatal and the ancient study of Thai massage. Whether it be a more medical or holistic approach, she has the education and knowledge to cater to anyone’s needs. Amanda was also reiki attuned for her level 1 & 2, in 2022. This allows her to also help clients on a more spiritual level, during massage. 

Amanda’s favorite services to offer are hot stone, warm bamboo, and prenatal massage! She is so inspired to make connections with people and help them on their self-care journey.
