Cancellations or reschedules may be made up to 24 hours before appointment time. Failure to give a 24 hour notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service dollar amount. We require a card on file for any service or combination of services over $45. If you are over 30 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no show and 50% charge may apply. If under 30 minutes late, your service may still have to be rescheduled or the service provider will have to cut your service short if they do not have extra time. You will still be charged the full amount. We completely understand and are sympathetic that you may have forgotten or an unplanned event/emergency occurred the day of, but we hope you understand this is our livelihood, and with last minute cancellations we are not able to fill the time of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation or no show, we will charge your card on file 50% of the schedule service amount if $45 or over.
